Maintenance & Aftercare
Our maintenance and aftercare service is unique, above and beyond any normal warranties, so that your property always retains it’s condition. The service is conducted in a way that is considerate to your property and privacy.
Each service agreement can be tailored to your exact needs, whether you require quarterly inspections or simply want the benefit of a direct line to a 24 hour maintenance manager and trade operatives.

La Maison carried out a complete renovation of our property over a 12 month period.They overcame many problems and design issues to deliver a truly beautiful end result. By coordinating all the works they took most of the stress out of our project and were only to happy to take additional duties to make sure the end product was as promised. We made a number of unscheduled visits to the property to check the progress of work and not once was it untidy or looked like a building site. They showed unrivaled respect for our home.
